SUMMER WORKOUTS

High School Football:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
  • 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

High School Volleyball: 

  • Tuesdays
  • 1:00-2:30 pm

Boys and Girls Soccer:

  • Tuesdays
  • 5:00-7:00 pm

*Each student-athlete will need to bring their own water, water bottle, and/or sports drinks.

*Student-athletes need to check in at Door O located at the back of the building.

*We also recommend that students go home to take a shower immediately after participating in workouts.

 

High School Cross Country will begin July 1st.

Girls Tennis will be announced.

Junior High Sports will begin in July.

Cheerleading Tryouts for all levels will take place once school returns.
