Boys Varsity Football · Owls Shutout Talawanda/Schuerman Honored

A good night for Owl Nation.  The Owls shutout the Talawanda Brave 34-0 to improve to 2-3.
🏈 QB N’Davion Gaither: 3TD passes, 1 TD run and a 94 yard run.
🏈 Aaron Hodge: 2 Receiving TDS, 1 rushing TD
🏈 Aries Lindsay: 1 TD and 5 solo tackles
🏈 Issac McKinney: 5 solo tackles
🏈Hector Lopez Sanchez: made 4 of 5 extra points
🏈The Family and Friends of Kenny Kiffmeyer  provided the other highlight of the night by presenting the 2nd annual Kenny Kiffmeyer Foundation Award to Randy Schuerman. Randy has volunteered his time and has been very dedicated to the football program without asking for a dime. He bought players colored tape for years and the players love him. He works very hard to help be prepared on game night and make our program a first class organization.
🏈This award honors the memory and legacy of Kenny Kiffmeyer. A 1974 Mt. Healthy graduate, Kenny was a football player and Coach in Mt. Healthy and surrounding areas for 40 years. Kenny passed away in 2018 from ALS at the age of 62. This award acknowledges Kenny’s traits as a Leader and Coach and seeks to celebrate those traits in others. His passion for the game, loyalty and dedication in shaping the lives of young men, just as many of the current Mt. Healthy coaches do for the young men and women in the District.
📣Shout outs to the Kiffmeyers, Ron Reidy and Nancy Weil for making this all possible.
Go Owls!
