Sectional/District Champion in wrestling. 5th place finish in State Tournament. Holds 8 wrestling records. Once recorded 24 tackles in a football game. Played college football at Urbana University. Last Friday the varsity team traveled north to face the Massillon Tigers. The Owls lost a hard fought game 28-26. But this trip was more than just about a football game. It was an experience. Junior Aaron Cornist summarized the visit. “We got to see stuff that we never knew existed. That was cool.” Experience
Football coach Arvie Crouch was named one of the Top 9 football coaches in the area. Crouch was among other traditional local powerhouses such as Moeller, St. Xavier, and Covington Catholic. Arvie Crouch took Mount Healthy to the state quarterfinals for the last two consecutive seasons, and the Owls haven’t lost a Southwest Ohio Conference game
